About the Role
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the property’s food and beverage outlets, reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and managing a Front-of-House team of 35-40 Team Members, including 4 leaders.
Responsibilities
- Plan and direct all aspects of restaurant operations, including systems management, budgeting, forecasting, product quality, cost controls, and policy implementation.
- Define and implement innovative guest service standards and initiatives, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving solutions to enhance the guest experience.
- Provide leadership support to outlet managers to ensure high-quality standards are met across all food and beverage service areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote restaurant food, beverages, and services.
- Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
- Uphold compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
Requirements
- At least three - five years of senior Food and Beverage leadership experience, ideally overseeing multiple outlets within a luxury hotel environment.
- Hands-on leader with strong beverage knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to develop high-performing teams while fostering a positive workplace culture.
