About the Role
The Warehouse Associate ensures fast, accurate order fulfillment and a clean, organized warehouse, so Gamer’s Choice can deliver reliable & high-quality results to customers. The role keeps inventory flowing smoothly and directly supports the speed and consistency of daily warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule.
- Ensure products are packaged securely and meet quality standards.
- Prepare shipping labels and stage orders for carrier pickup.
- Stock shelves and maintain organized storage areas.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Keep warehouse space clean, safe, and efficient.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic Excel/Google Sheets functions
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and moving for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Flexible and willing to take on new challenges as the business grows
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience.
- Familiarity with POS or inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of trading card games (Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokémon, One Piece, Disney Lorcana).
