About the Role

Lead a growing team managing day-to-day money movement for Gen II clients, implement treasury technology solutions, and assist with client onboarding. You will work with Client Managers to manage payment instructions and timing, respond to client inquiries, and oversee the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures and Internal Control narratives. Identify opportunities for process improvement, ensure daily operations are completed timely, provide training, and serve as a client escalation contact. Liaise with client banks, support accountants and investor service professionals, and operate in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment. Provide monthly performance statistics and complete other assigned duties.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a growing team of centralized treasury individuals managing day-to-day money movement for Gen II clients.
  • Actively involved in the implementation of Gen II’s treasury technology solutions.
  • Assist with onboarding clients to the appropriate platforms.
  • Work with Client Managers to manage payment instructions and timing for capital calls, investor distributions, and expenses.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly using oral and written communications.
  • Oversee the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures and Internal Control narratives related to Treasury systems' functions.
  • Identify opportunities for standardization and continual process improvement.
  • Ensure daily operations functions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Provide training to client teams on treasury processes and procedures.
  • Serve as a client contact for any escalation needs.
  • Liaise with client banks.
  • Provide support to accountants and investor service professionals on an as-requested basis.
  • Operate in a deadline-driven, high volume and constantly changing environment.
  • Provide monthly statistics of the team’s volume and key performance indicators.
  • Other duties/projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience within the treasury /banking services industry.
  • Competency in cash management systems.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Strong Transformation skills.
  • People leader experience.
  • Ability to thrive as part of a team, while also being able to work independently.
