About the Role
Become the friendly, public face of our property and a key representative of the management office for all current and prospective residents. Assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates.
Responsibilities
- Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
- Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
- Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
- Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED required
- Minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent
- Working knowledge of property management software, Onesite
- Availability to work Mondays - Saturdays
