About the Role
Twin Liquors is seeking a proactive, energetic, dependable, resourceful, detail-oriented individual with a great work ethic to join their fast-paced warehouse team. This role is critical to operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction while adhering to TABC regulations.
Responsibilities
- Pulling orders
- Ensuring all orders have been printed and available for picking
- Ensuring adherence to TABC rules and regulations
- Preparing orders for loading onto delivery trucks
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by accurately pulling orders
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment
- Setting and achieving the highest standards in warehouse/wholesale execution
- Communicating regularly with supervisors regarding warehouse operations
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Strong knowledge of company policies, goals, and standards
- Ability to act with integrity, honesty, and professionalism
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and oral/written communication skills
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience and excellent customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Ability to use applicable technology and access necessary information
- Ability to follow directions and established procedures
- Ability to initiate task completion without direct supervision
- Problem-solving skills, especially in high-stress situations
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines

- Full knowledge of all applicable TABC regulations
- Ability to stand for 4-hour intervals, totaling 8 hours per day, up to 40 hours per week
- Ability to frequently climb a ladder
- Ability to frequently twist, bend, stoop, kneel, and crawl
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds, repeatedly
- Ability to work 8 hours at a time
