About the Role
Hotel Emblem San Francisco is seeking a House Attendant to maintain cleanliness and provide excellent service to guests.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to Pure Stay guidelines for health, safety, and comfort.
- Utilize Proper Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor.
- Provide personalized service to hotel guests.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Clean grounds, removing trash and cigarette butts.
- Run laundry and empty housekeepers' trash.
- Clean lobby, exterior windows, hallways, walkways, railings, stairwells, pool furniture, ice, and vending machines.
- Maintain cleanliness of dumpster areas, sand urns, exterior light fixtures, public benches, and exterior of guest room doors.
- Shampoo carpets as assigned.
- Turn mattresses as assigned.
- Clean guestroom sliding glass doors as assigned.
- Report missing/found articles or damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Assist maintenance department with basic repairs.
- Provide assistance to other team members and departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Basic cleaning skills.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and make good judgments.
- Dependable.
Skills
- Basic maintenance skills helpful.
- Ability to communicate in English with guests, management, and fellow team members to their understanding desirable.
