About the Role
Reach out to loyal customers who are running low on products they already know and love, and help them reorder before they run out. These are warm conversations with existing customers, making reordering easy and keeping their routine uninterrupted. This is a base pay + commission position with uncapped earning potential, perfect for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Call, text, and email existing customers whose supply is running low, and secure the reorder before they run out.
- Work an assigned queue of reorder opportunities daily, following the established call and follow-up cadence.
- Review each customer’s purchase history and order details before you dial, so every conversation is accurate and personalized.
- Recommend the right product and the right quantity based on where the customer is in their routine.
- Introduce complementary products that pair well with what the customer already uses, and grow the value of every order.
- Follow up persistently and professionally across phone, SMS, and email to keep customers engaged and drive conversion.
- Build rapport with repeat customers so they look forward to hearing from you.
- Maintain accurate records of every customer interaction and sales activity in our CRM.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation to drive sales results.
- Comfort and proficiency with manual dialing and reaching out to leads.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers via phone, email, and text.
- Comfort working inside a CRM and order management system, with strong attention to detail on customer records.
- A consultative approach, with the instinct to listen first and sell second.
- A positive attitude and a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection with resilience.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in phone sales or telemarketing is a plus, but not required.
- A stable internet connection (50+mbps Up & down) capable of supporting seamless voice and zoom communications, and data transfer, with an Octane Speed of 20,000 or greater.
- A backup system for power and internet.
- A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with a working camera, and a working noise-cancelling headset.
