About the Role
Operate breader/breading machines, monitor coating processes, and maintain hygiene standards. Inspect products for defects and report any suspicious or abnormal situations to supervision.
Responsibilities
- Know and understand the breader/breading machines operation.
- Know and understand the proper procedure for dumping bags of flour/breading.
- Lift and dump bags of flour/breading (up to 50 pounds each).
- Monitor the breading process to ensure product is properly coated.
- Maintain the highest possible level of personal hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with plant GMP policies.
- Physically inspect products for both natural occurring and processing defects.
- Identify and report any suspicious or abnormal situations to their immediate supervisor or plant management official.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and dump bags of flour/breading (up to 50 pounds each).
- Ability to work at a temperature of 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ability to stand/walk 100% of the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a constant basis.
- Ability to work in a dusty environment.
