About the Role

As an Elite Home Pro (EHP), you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the safety and security of customers' families and homes. We provide customers who are already interested in ADT home security, and our Inside Sales team schedules in-home appointments for you. You will help customers review their security options on-site and move forward with a custom home security package designed by you, earning uncapped sales commissions.

5-star Customer interaction – every day is a new opportunity; you’ll be the first face-to-face contact our customers have with SafeStreets!
Customized installation, troubleshooting, and demonstration of ADT-monitored security systems

Requirements

Entrepreneurial and career oriented mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Proof of vehicle insurance (100/300/100 minimum)
Smartphone/tablet
Ability to work above head level
Ability to carry loads of 30-50 pounds (such as equipment boxes and ladders)
Ability to operate power tools
Ability to navigate confined spaces like attics and crawl spaces
