Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously optimize paid social campaigns on Meta, using performance data to inform targeting, budget, and creative decisions.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of ad creative by collaborating with the influencer team and external partners.
  • Explore and test new advertising platforms, scaling successful ones to diversify the acquisition engine.
  • Build and utilize dashboards for real-time performance monitoring with support from the analytics team.
  • Manage budget planning and pacing across all channels, aligning spend with performance and growth objectives.
  • Partner with the Brand team to amplify major campaigns and moments through paid channels, coordinating with organic, influencer, lifecycle, and PR efforts.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in performance marketing, with primary expertise in hands-on paid social.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end ownership of a paid acquisition program, from strategy to execution.
  • Strong ability to back decisions with data and a keen eye for effective ad creative.
  • Ability to protect brand tone and visual identity while executing performance-driven campaigns.
