About the Role
This graduate program offers a blend of formal and on-the-job training designed to develop future leaders within the commercial function. Participants will gain exposure to industry experts, develop a range of skills, and work across categories like chocolate, biscuits, gum, candy, and cheese.
Responsibilities
- Work across categories in a series of rotations.
- Identify consumer trends and launch new confectionery products.
- Work with internal sales teams to maximize revenue potential through promotions, stocking, and positioning.
- Create sales forecasts and analysis.
- Analyze market strengths and opportunities.
- Identify upcoming trends and opportunities for market share growth.
- Work with large retail customers to manage and grow relationships.
- Maximize sales with retail customers.
Requirements
- Mobility to relocate domestically and/or internationally for different roles.
- A strong interest in FMCG.
- Must already have the right to work in the UK.
- Must be flexible and willing to relocate for different roles.
