About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel New York is seeking a Front Office Receptionist with a passion for excellence and great enthusiasm in providing exceptional service standards. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for seamless registration and cashiering service for our guests. The individual must be able to handle various guest requests, inquiries, and issues, and be responsible for the follow up of such circumstances.

Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and spoken English.
- Flexible schedule is a must.
- Previous front office experience is preferred.
- Prior New York experience is preferred.
- Prior experience with Opera and Micros computer systems is a plus.
