About the Role
Woodbine Entertainment Group is seeking to fill a fixed-term, part-time position to deliver excellent service, product presentation, and venue image while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food to customers, ensuring order accuracy.
- Assist servers with clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables.
- Consistently deliver excellence in service, product presentation, and venue image.
- Deliver, maintain, and exceed customer service quality standards.
- Advise Supervisor of occurrences that may compromise customer relations or operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 1 year of service experience in a hotel, restaurant dining room, or lounge.
- Basic food, wine, and liquor knowledge.
- Smart Serve Certificate.
- Food Handler Certificate.
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends.
