About the Role
Master Faster Inc, a growing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) agency, is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) to work with children on the Autism Spectrum. Professionals will work alongside a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBA, LBA) to carry out the therapeutic treatment plan. As a BT, your work will contribute to the child's growing achievements in daily living, social, communication, learning skills and decrease in problematic behaviors.
Responsibilities
- Implementing tailored Treatment Plans to promote skill development amongst children with Autism
- Collect data on client progress using a web-based application
- Complete daily session notes and required documentation
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and professional environment during sessions
Requirements
- Seeking an experienced female BT to work with an 11-year-old male client
- Candidates must be bilingual in Bengali
- Must have prior ABA experience
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional applicants are encouraged to apply
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with preschool or elementary-aged children
- Experience working with children with special needs is a plus
