About the Role
Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, bringing energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction. This team excels in a high-traffic environment where technology constantly evolves, and customer needs change. Your mission is to provide outstanding experiences and help customers stay connected to what matters most.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools, communicating effectively, educating customers, and showcasing T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
- Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems.
- Continuously learn and improve skills to provide the best customer experience.
- Perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.
- Provide excellent customer experiences, being friendly, and engaging with customers.
- Connect with customers on a personal level, match their pace, establish rapport, trust, and loyalty.
- Provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
- Proactively attract potential customers to drive sales activity.
- Follow up with customers, collect referrals, handle Be Back processes, and form relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

- Annualized incentive target of $18,000/year (for Mobile Expert role after 90 days)
- Guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives
