About the Role

This role involves collaborating with the AI Platform engineering team, product leaders, and subject-matter experts to reimagine departmental workflows, build initial AI-enabled solutions, and translate field learnings into durable platform capabilities. Responsibilities

- Map complex workflows with domain experts and prototype agentic solutions.
- Define evaluations for agentic solutions and contribute new capabilities to the platform.
- Partner with leaders and subject-matter experts to identify high-value opportunities for AI transformation.
- Embed with internal departments to understand workflows, systems, data, constraints, and success metrics.
- Deploy AI-enabled workflows that solve real business problems.
- Lead departments from discovery through onboarding, adoption, production use, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop playbooks, technical patterns, and operating practices for scaling AI enablement.
- Build reusable skills, tools, integrations, agents, and workflow components on the AI platform.
- Contribute directly to the platform based on field deployment insights.
- Create tight feedback loops among users, AI Enablement, product, and platform engineering.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior leaders on applied AI.

- Strong product judgment and an instinct for finding the real problem behind a feature request.
- Experience designing applications, platforms, developer tools, workflow systems, or distributed systems.
- Practical experience building with large language models, including tool use, context engineering, agents, evaluations, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Judgment to distinguish among a prototype, a department-specific solution, and a capability for a shared platform.
