About the Role
You will be the figurehead of a&o, managing the Front Office as a full-time Receptionist (m/f/x). Your responsibilities include guest check-in/check-out, addressing guest needs, providing tourist information, and potentially acting as a shift leader. You will also serve drinks and snacks at the bar.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Front Office as the figurehead of a&o.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
- Attend to guest needs and provide tourist information.
- Handle guest concerns.
- Take responsibility for ensuring smooth shift operations as a shift leader.
- Serve hot and cold drinks and snacks at the bar.
- Prepare snacks and cocktails.
Requirements
- Experience or completed training in the hotel industry or tourism.
- High sense of responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Enjoy dealing with guests and demonstrating it at all times.
- Independent work style and ability to work in a team.
- High degree of commitment and independence.
- Ability to remain friendly, highly motivated, and service-oriented during early shifts.
- Very good command of the English language.
