About the Role
We are looking for enrolled students, working students, temporary student workers, university students, and technical college students who would enjoy a part-time job in the hostel.
Responsibilities
- Work flexibly in different shifts like reception, breakfast, restaurant, bar, and general service.
- Handle Check-In and Check-Out of guests at the reception desk or in the lobby.
- Serve guests as a guest relation officer.
- Cater to guest needs and answer their questions.
- Serve hot and cold drinks and snacks at the bar.
- Prepare cocktails.
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner buffets.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Officially enrolled at university with a valid enrollment certificate.
- Enjoy interacting with guests and being a host.
- Work independently with high commitment and teamwork.
- Knowledgeable about the city and able to provide tips to guests.
- Enjoy interacting with guests at any time of day or night.
- German and English skills on B1 level.
- Willingness to provide a resume, copy of enrollment certificate, and earliest possible start date.
