About the Role
The Senior Product Manager is a strategic role responsible for defining and owning the strategy for a key area of Axonify's enterprise SaaS platform. Responsibilities

- Deliver solutions that span multiple interconnected product areas, ensuring clean integration with shared systems and administrative frameworks.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design/UX, QA, marketing, sales, operations, and support teams to deliver high-quality features and orchestrate go-to-market launches.
- Develop AI-powered features and tools across the full lifecycle, from research and ideation to development integrations and customer feedback systems.
- Create customer-facing AI experiences with well-designed prompts, human-in-the-loop workflows, quality evaluation, and safeguards for reliability and control.
- Ensure internal teams (sales, marketing, enablement) are enabled to sell and support the product.
- Monitor product performance post-launch (usage metrics, adoption, retention, feedback), run experiments, and iterate on features.
- Contribute to product excellence through peer collaboration, shared discovery, and informal mentorship.
- Manage continuous customer & user input, navigate trade-offs, and ensure transparent alignment across the organization.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in product management or related roles within a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
- Proven ability to translate complex business and user problems into clear, actionable product strategies.
- Strong technical fluency to reason about data, system interactions, and implementation tradeoffs in partnership with engineering.

- Practical understanding of modern AI-enabled workflows and their application throughout the product lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
