About the Role
Join our team as a Cost Estimator (m/f/d) and utilize modern calculation software, realistic timelines, and receive genuine appreciation for your work, moving away from Excel chaos and unrealistic deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Independent calculation of structural and turnkey projects
- Creation of bills of quantities and quantity surveys
- Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor and supplier offers
- Creation of bid and order calculations
- Participation in award negotiations
- Close coordination with project management and purchasing
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or training as a construction technician
- Experience in cost estimation for structural/turnkey construction
- Proficient use of cost estimation software (e.g., iTWO, RIB, Nevaris)
- Analytical thinking, diligence, and cost awareness
- Very good German language skills (min. C1)
