About the Role
Datadog's GTM Enablement team equips Sales and Customer Success teams with essential skills, knowledge, and tools. This role focuses on delivering ongoing ramp and everboarding enablement for Enterprise sellers across key EMEA markets, adapting global programs to regional complexities and ensuring effective performance in the field.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live and virtual enablement sessions and training programs focused on ongoing ramp and everboarding to improve Enterprise seller and leader performance across EMEA.
- Administer program certifications by scoring submissions and providing structured feedback.
- Conduct field listening (shadows, 1:1s, syncs with leaders) to understand Enterprise business needs, gaps, and strengths across EMEA markets.
- Share insights with the enablement team to shape programs and priorities.
- Lead reinforcement and coaching to drive post-program adoption, including designing activities like role plays and deal clinics.
- Partner with Curriculum, Program Management, and Operations to share field insights and pilot or co-build content.
- Work closely with first-line Enterprise Sales leaders to build trusted relationships and deliver ad hoc training.
- Use AI tools to accelerate delivery and reinforcement, including synthesizing field feedback and surfacing patterns.
- Model effective AI use for the teams trained.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in sales enablement, field enablement, training, or a related GTM role.
- Proven delivery track record supporting Enterprise Sales and/or Customer Success teams in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Multi-country EMEA experience is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of Datadog and/or the broader technology industry.
- Foundational knowledge of Datadog's core product pillars (Infrastructure, APM, Logs) and ability to connect product capabilities to Enterprise customer value.
- Strong facilitator with experience delivering engaging live and virtual training sessions to senior, sophisticated audiences.
- Familiarity with Enterprise sales methodologies/frameworks such as MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, Sandler, etc. (certification a plus).
- Solid business acumen and comfort using performance data, field feedback, and qualitative insights to inform enablement decisions.
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus.
- Highly collaborative and relationship-oriented.
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating independently across a large, diverse region.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in one or more additional European languages is a plus.
- Willing and able to travel approximately 25% across EMEA.
