About the Role
We are seeking a detail-obsessed Digital Marketing Manager to own the quality, consistency, and substance of Aligned TG's market-facing materials, including our website, solution collateral, and digital content. This is a hands-on production role requiring precision and creativity to deliver finished, on-brand assets that communicate meaningful information.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day website updates, including new pages, service and solution content, landing pages, and copy/design refinements.
- Build and optimize landing pages for campaigns, gated content, and offers, focusing on layout, load speed, and mobile rendering.
- Manage on-page SEO, including metadata, heading structure, internal linking, image optimization, and alt text, to enhance organic visibility.
- Conduct routine website audits to ensure quality, checking for broken links, outdated claims, inconsistent styling, and accessibility issues.
- Track and report on website performance using analytics and behavior data, recommending data-driven changes.
- Design and produce marketing collateral such as solution briefs, one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, proposal/RFP templates, infographics, and digital ads.
- Build and maintain a template library for consistent material production by sales and delivery teams.
- Apply and enforce brand standards across all assets, including typography, color, logo lockups, imagery, and layout hierarchy.
- Produce and edit video and visual content for web, social, and sales enablement.
- Version and organize creative assets to ensure the latest approved file is always in use.
- Translate technical substance into clear buyer language, collaborating with solutions architects and delivery leads.
- Ensure all assets contain specific proof points, credentials, and clear calls to action, avoiding generic claims.
- Write and edit blogs, thought leadership pieces, customer stories, web copy, email, and social content for diverse audiences.
- Ghostwrite for subject matter experts and executives, accurately capturing their voice and technical perspective.
- Maintain the messaging framework for productized offerings to ensure consistent positioning.
- Plan and execute email campaigns, nurture sequences, and lifecycle workflows in HubSpot.
- Manage the organic social media calendar, producing supporting graphics and copy.
- Run paid digital and search campaigns to support specific offers, managing budget and performance.
- Maintain campaign hygiene in HubSpot, including lists, forms, tracking, lead capture, and lead handoff.
- Report on campaign performance, analyzing successes, failures, and recommending future adjustments.
- Serve as the final quality check for all outbound materials before publication, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and functionality.
- Partner with sales to identify collateral gaps and create materials that support active deals.
- Partner with delivery and technical teams to maintain accuracy of published service descriptions.
- Manage the intake and prioritization of marketing requests, setting realistic timelines and communicating status.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, digital marketing, or creative production.
- Demonstrated ability to produce polished, on-brand marketing materials with minimal revision cycles.

- Strong writing and editing skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- A portfolio of work samples—collateral, web pages, and campaign assets—is required for consideration.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong visual judgment and a real sense of style.
- Substance-driven approach to content creation.
