About the Role

As a product designer, you will play a central role in developing valuable, easy-to-use technologies, from brainstorming to final launch. You will utilize your full range of product, interaction, and visual design skills, contributing to high-level strategic decisions with product and executive partners.
Responsibilities
- Transform broad, conceptual ideas into useful and valuable experiences for over 2 billion users.
- Design simplified user interfaces for complex actions.
- Create new layouts and experiences that define visual systems.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of Meta products.
- Provide and receive feedback to enhance design quality.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to oversee user experience from conception to launch.
- Articulate design goals and concepts clearly and succinctly to product teams and leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience designing software products with a focus on user experience, interaction, and visual design that meet business objectives.
- Proficiency in using research and data to inform product strategy.
- Demonstrated strategic product thinking and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools and creating low-fidelity mockups.
