About the Role
SLC Management is a global institutional asset manager providing innovative and diversified solutions. The successful candidate will support the investment-related risk and compliance framework for investment-related functions under the accountability of SLC Management Finance.
Responsibilities
- Accounting and reporting of loan assets for institutional investors, including creating a daily movement file with accrued interest calculations.
- Producing fund trial balances on a daily and monthly basis.
- Performing control checks, such as detailed valuation and trial balance analysis for pooled funds, to ensure accurate Net Asset Values are sent to the Fund Administrator.
- Completing regular financial reporting to internal business partners.
- Performing updates of queries and reports to the new SAP General Ledger as required.
- Partnering with the Robotic team to identify opportunities, recommend solutions to maximize efficiency, and implement improvements.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an Accounting, Math, Finance, or Business program from an accredited University.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel) is required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Quick learner, self-motivated, and adaptable.
