About the Role

Foresight is seeking a VP of Delivery to reinvent our delivery function. This role will lead a high-leverage, high-urgency team to bridge the gap between our platform and customers, ensuring clients achieve their engineering and scheduling outcomes. You will build and scale the organization, drive implementations, technical adoption, and feedback loops, ultimately driving revenue and minimizing churn.

Responsibilities

Recruit, mentor and scale a world-class Delivery organization.
Define hiring standards, onboarding programs, and career progression frameworks.
Own the technical strategy and delivery excellence for our most strategic accounts.
Oversee the scoping, design and rollout of complex technical solutions into customer environments.
Supervise the execution of account workplans, milestone tracking, and quality assurance for our global enterprise portfolio.
Partner with Sales and Product leadership and act as the Voice-of-the-Customer to influence product roadmaps.
Define operational frameworks for the delivery organization, ensuring smooth handoffs and setting metrics for customer success and ROI.
Drive retention and expansion by ensuring customers achieve their business outcomes.
Establish institutional memory, rigorous playbooks, QA metrics, and predictable, forward-looking risk mitigation processes.

Requirements

Proven Delivery leader with experience in high-growth, global, software or technology businesses.
Experience delivering AI, data or workflow-heavy solutions in regulated environments.
Strong systems-thinking and architectural judgment across services, data and infrastructure.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving discovery with senior stakeholders.
Significant track record of managing Delivery teams, preferably within the construction or enterprise software sectors, focused on supporting highly complex enterprise clients with diverse stakeholder groups.
Action-oriented and hands-on operator who can fluidly shift between strategic leadership and tactical execution.
Demonstrated success navigating ambiguity and building from the ground up, ideally within a fast-paced, scaling technology company.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate, interpret, and act on customer success metrics.
Experience working in globally distributed and cross-cultural workforces during periods of rapid growth and transformation.
High-energy leader who thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment and embraces high levels of ownership.
Direct and transparent communicator who excels in a culture of radical candor.
Entrepreneurial thinker with an "earned trust" mindset, demonstrating the ability to deliver results autonomously.
Adaptable operator who remains comfortable with ambiguity and is capable of making deterministic decisions.
Intellectually agile leader who stays several steps ahead of the organization’s needs and is willing to challenge assumptions.
Ability to see a problem and own it, with decisions materializing in weeks.
Ability to work directly with founders and leadership.
