About the Role

Arcadis is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interface Manager to support the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP), a significant infrastructure initiative in the United States. This role involves field supervision, compliance, documentation, quality assurance, and coordination to ensure successful package delivery and adherence to technical, regulatory, and contractual requirements. You will be part of the Delivery Partner team, working on a transformative project that is a critical component of the Gateway Program, aimed at strengthening mobility, enhancing resiliency, and ensuring the long-term reliability of the Northeast Corridor.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire interface lifecycle, from identification and documentation to resolution and closeout.
Facilitate the execution of formal Interface Agreements (IAs) with contracting teams.
Generate baseline Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and maintain the Interface Register (IR).
Approve the contractor's specific interface management plan.
Act as the primary point of contact for interface matters, leading meetings with contractors.
Support contractor interface identification efforts and collaborate with the Senior Interface Manager and program teams.
Track interface deliverable status, collect KPIs, and provide monthly progress updates to program management.
Proactively identify and resolve interface issues and manage changes to agreements.
Escalate critical issues that cannot be resolved at the project level.
Enforce the procedures of the program's Interface Management Plan (IMP).
Ensure contractor cooperation and collaboration as required by their contracts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
More than 10 years’ relevant experience.
Experience managing and leading teams.
Experience leading and implementing complex business change solutions.
Experience managing business relationships at a senior management level.
4+ years of project management/task management experience.
