About the Role
This role focuses on establishing and governing enterprise-wide UiPath architectural standards, leading the technical roadmap for transforming RPA solutions into advanced agentic AI workflows, and serving as the definitive technical authority on solution designs.
Responsibilities
- Establish and govern enterprise-wide UiPath architectural standards, development frameworks, and code review processes.
- Lead the technical roadmap for transforming RPA solutions into advanced agentic AI workflows.
- Serve as the definitive technical authority on solution designs, resolving complex architectural challenges and eliminating technical debt.
- Design robust API integrations and reusable component libraries.
- Mentor senior automation developers and external partners.
Requirements
- 5 years of dedicated architectural experience specifically focused on designing, scaling, and governing enterprise UiPath RPA environments.
- Deep technical expertise in UiPath (Orchestrator, Studio, REFramework).
- Hands-on experience integrating APIs with automation workflows.
- High School Diploma with 3 years of experience, an Associate or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of applicable job experience.
