About the Role
The Nye Auto Group is offering a lifelong career with a company that prioritizes honesty and integrity. Service Advisors educate customers on vehicle repair and maintenance needs to ensure safety and inform them about scheduled manufacturer maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through the direction of shop staff in performing quality vehicle repair and maintenance services.
- Help promote the NYE name and services.
- Analyze vehicle service needs.
- Effectively communicate those needs to customers.
- Must have a good personality and enjoy working with people.
- Must have a positive attitude.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Service Advisor Auto Dealership experience is REQUIRED.
- Must have a clean and valid Driver’s License.
- Must be able to work some Saturdays.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.
Skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and uphold safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in communication and phone skills.
- Proficient with navigating computers, with the ability to learn new programs.
- Sufficient in reading, writing, math and language skills.
- Team player and work well with others.
- Good time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

- Monday through Friday and some Saturdays
Experience Level
- Auto Service experience preferred but not required.
- 3+ years of Service Advisor Auto Dealership experience is REQUIRED.
Education Level
- Manufacturer Training – will need to complete on the job and within the timeline given
Salary/Compensations
- $55,000 - $100,000
