About the Role
Avathon is seeking a Senior Creative & Video Producer to be the internal creative and multimedia powerhouse. This role involves translating complex industrial AI technology into compelling content that defines the Avathon brand across various platforms and audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own video storytelling end-to-end, including concept development, scriptwriting, directing, shooting, lighting, editing, and animation.
- Develop concepts, write scripts, direct, shoot, light, edit, animate, and deliver exceptional content across customer stories, executive narratives, product launches, events, social media, recruiting, and brand campaigns.
- Translate sophisticated Physical AI capabilities into visually compelling, technically credible, and easy-to-understand narratives by working directly with executives, engineers, customers, and partners.
- Produce content around major customer and partner initiatives, executive engagements, industrial deployments, conferences, and on-location shoots across energy, mining, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, and transportation.
- Establish the creative language for Avathon across video, motion graphics, photography, digital content, and social media.
- Create a high-velocity content engine, transforming various sources into a portfolio of high-impact assets.
- Experiment with generative video, imagery, voice, animation, editing, and production workflows using AI tools.
- Develop creative ways to visualize complex technological concepts.
- Operate with the speed of a startup and the quality of a global brand, capable of both self-execution and directing external agencies.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of hands-on experience in video production, editing, motion graphics, and multimedia storytelling.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong creative judgment and the ability to make sophisticated subjects compelling.
- Ability to independently concept, script, shoot, light, record, edit, animate, and deliver professional-quality work.
- High proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Comfort operating professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Experience experimenting with AI-native creative workflows.
- Experience in enterprise technology, AI, industrial technology, aerospace, energy, defense, automotive, or a technically sophisticated category is valuable.
- Exceptional storytelling ability and intellectual curiosity are paramount.
