About the Role
As an Apprentice Educator, you will gain hands-on experience while working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3). You will rotate through nursery rooms, providing safe and inspirational care to children, with a path to a qualified educator role upon completion of your apprenticeship.
Responsibilities
- Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
- Learn and support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
- Learn to plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
- Learn how to carry out high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
- Learn how to build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
- Learn how to support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
- Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.

- £19,656 - £20,717 per annum
