About the Role
Dornier Group is merging its energy sector activities with Lahmeyer under the new brand Lahmeyer International, combining expertise and competence for a broader range of engineering and consulting services. We are seeking a Working Student (m/f/d) Legal to join our team at the Berlin headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Support in the design and review of customer and supplier contracts.
- Assist in validating and updating existing contract templates and internal company policies.
- Answer legal questions from employees and project managers, and prepare recommendations for action.
- Conduct legal research, particularly in the areas of service and works contract law.
- Handle tasks at the District Court, notary, and other authorities.
- Actively participate in the preparation of corporate law resolutions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Law, Administration and Law, or a comparable field.
- Ideally, possess initial practical experience in the relevant professional field.
- Proficient in common MS Office applications.
- Demonstrate a structured and independent work style, commitment, organizational talent, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Fluent in German and good written and spoken English skills.
