About the Role

Develop and execute integrated strategy projects for B2B brands, translating strategic direction into inspirational insights and briefs that enable great creative, content, and experience execution. This role requires fluency in Brand Strategy and Connections Strategy, working with them simultaneously to create coherent strategic thinking across earned, owned, and paid channels.

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic direction into powerful Catalyzing Ideas and briefs grounded in creative insight and contextual possibility.
  • Build the strategic rationale, explaining its importance and business impact.
  • Develop brand worlds that articulate character, conviction, and edges with specificity.
  • Help creative teams uncover strategic insights and identify how ideas work across the B2B lifecycle.
  • Help media teams understand how ideas scale and function in social and influencer contexts.
  • Develop content and sales enablement strategies that support the buying experience, optimizing for LLMs.
  • Identify WHERE ideas reach the right buying groups and HOW they show up across paid media, owned channels, social platforms, and influencer partnerships.
  • Research and surface buyer signals to inform strategy relevance and urgency.
  • Understand signal stacking and how multiple signals create moments of greatest impact.
  • Help teams understand how their work contributes to the whole and why that connection matters.
  • Work with creative, content, media, social, and influencer partners to ensure strategy consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Help creative teams understand experience strategy and possibilities.
  • Help media teams understand creative strategy and idea demands.
  • Bridge social and influencer thinking into the broader strategic conversation.
  • Bridge creative and media conversations to ensure a common strategic foundation.
  • Simultaneously manage creative strategy, experience strategy, content strategy, and media strategy, weaving them together.
  • Brief brand partners and internal stakeholders on strategy with clarity and confidence.
  • Serve as a reliable strategic voice for partners seeking guidance on idea execution and alignment.
  • Engage with senior teams to gather input and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
  • Support team leadership by modeling integrated thinking.
  • Mentor junior strategists in systems thinking beyond tactical execution.
  • Ask questions that encourage teams to think beyond their discipline.
  • Contribute to creating psychological safety for challenging siloed thinking.
  • Help monitor strategy translation in the market and gather feedback for refinement.
  • Support measurement tracking system effectiveness, using data as feedback.
  • Contribute insights on idea propagation and signal clustering.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years strategy experience with demonstrated fluency in creative strategy, content strategy, experience strategy AND media strategy.
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate breakthrough strategic thinking.
  • Track record working on B2B brands in complex strategic environments.
  • Experience working across creative, content, experience, and media functions.
  • Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders in strategic conversations.
  • Experience with social media platforms and/or influencer partnerships is a plus.
  • Understanding of how ideas propagate and land in culture.
  • Ability to hold multiple perspectives, audiences, and signals in mind simultaneously.
  • Comfort moving between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
  • Understanding of signal stacking.
  • Genuine curiosity about how creative and experience thinking complement each other.
  • Evidence of systems thinking, not just campaign focus.
  • Evidence of learning from diverse people and disciplines.
  • Strong communicator who can brief stakeholders with clarity.
  • Ability to contribute ideas within a broader strategic framework.
  • Genuine interest in how creative and experience thinking complement each other.
