About the Role
This role offers hands-on clinical experience that strengthens your foundation for future PT or OT school, giving you direct exposure to patient care, functional exercise, and the day-to-day flow of an outpatient clinic. We believe our techs are the next generation of therapists, and we’re passionate about mentoring them as they prepare for PT or OT school.
Responsibilities
- Assist PTs and OTs with patient care under supervision
- Guide patients through exercises
- Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment
- Maintain clinic organization, supplies, and laundry
- Support front desk tasks as needed
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
- Participate in community outreach, local events, patient education, employer/school outreach, or relationship-building activities that support clinic growth, brand awareness, and community engagement.
Requirements
- Interested in physical or occupational therapy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in healthcare, fitness, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
