About the Role
Corpay is seeking a commercially minded, analytical Sales Analyst to join the Sales & Data Transformation team within the International Vehicle Payments (IVP) line of business. This role involves analyzing sales, customer, and transaction data to identify trends, uncover root causes of issues, and provide clear recommendations to improve sales performance. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Sales Analytics and collaborate with various internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly and monthly sales performance reporting with accurate outputs, clear interpretation, insights, and actions.
- Monitor the full sales funnel to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities, investigating root causes and translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Review and optimize funnel measurement by assessing existing reporting and initiatives to ensure performance measurement accurately reflects business activities.
- Support the annual budget and planning process by building and validating sales forecast models and business cases.
- Partner with business stakeholders and the BI team to strengthen sales analytics foundations, including KPI definitions, reporting logic, data quality, and business interpretation.
- Track agreed actions post-implementation, monitoring performance against expected outcomes and escalating issues.
- Lead and deliver ad hoc analysis requests, prioritizing based on commercial impact, urgency, and relevance to sales performance.
Requirements
- Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to connect data, business context, and commercial performance.
- Proven experience translating sales or commercial analysis into recommendations, business cases, and measurable actions.
- Strong business acumen and opportunity-sizing capability.
- Self-starter with strong ownership, curiosity, a results-driven mindset, and the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex analysis simply and influence action.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Intermediate SQL skills.
- Tableau/Power BI skills.
- Experience with Python or R is a plus.
