About the Role
Maggie McFly's is seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team and create memorable dining experiences. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in leading daily operations, supporting the team, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a growing restaurant company that values career development and promotes from within.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and develop team members.
- Coach employees to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Manage labor, food, and beverage costs.
- Maintain company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Work alongside the General Manager to drive sales, profitability, and team performance.
- Utilize POS and restaurant management systems to support efficient operations.
