About the Role
As a Laundry Washer at Hilton Austin, you will be responsible for collecting and cleaning linens, contributing to memorable guest experiences by spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Collect and transport dirty linens to the laundry area and return empty bins.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained laundry area.
- Launder specialty items such as throws, pillow covers, robes, and curtains with care.
- Coordinate the processing of laundry items, including sending items to external services.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
- Comply with hotel safety and security protocols, including fire safety, security, and health standards.
