About the Role
SERHANT. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and build a new generation of AI-powered creative products for SERHANT. ID Lab and SERHANT. Studios. This role owns product strategy for how premium real estate marketing and studio content is conceived, produced, and distributed with AI in the loop. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, this role will own product strategy from discovery through launch and iteration, partnering closely with department heads and stakeholders to turn craft-driven creative services into scalable products.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for AI-powered creative and marketing products across ID Lab and Studios.
- Partner with the heads of ID Lab and Studios to translate their creative services into scalable, productized offerings for agents, sellers, and developers.
- Own two connected product lines: internal tooling that improves ID Lab and Studios production efficiency, and self-serve creative tools that agents use directly.
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through launch, iteration, and optimization.
- Balance short-term execution needs with long-term product strategy and platform scalability.
- Establish and monitor success metrics tied to adoption, creative quality, production throughput, and revenue impact.
- Identify and validate where generative AI across text, image, video, and audio can produce or accelerate premium real estate marketing and studio content.
- Partner with engineering to evaluate, test, and deploy generative models, creative pipelines, and automation into production workflows.
- Define quality bars, brand-safety guardrails, and human review steps that keep AI-assisted output at the SERHANT. standard.
- Track the generative media landscape and assess new models and tools for practical, durable business application.
- Work with legal and brand leadership on rights, licensing, likeness, and disclosure considerations for AI-generated marketing assets.
- Embed with ID Lab designers and Studios producers to map creative workflows end to end and find the highest-leverage points for product intervention.
- Conduct discovery with agents, clients, and developers to understand which marketing output actually moves listings and builds brands.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, creative value, technical feasibility, and organizational goals.
- Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for engineering teams.
- Validate product ideas through prototyping, testing, experimentation, analytics, and user feedback before broader implementation.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the ID Lab and Studios department heads, engineering teams, design partners, and brokerage stakeholders.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination in partnership with engineering leadership.
- Remove blockers, facilitate decision-making, and ensure teams remain focused on high-impact deliverables.
- Communicate product priorities, timelines, tradeoffs, and updates clearly to technical, creative, and executive audiences.
- Champion product experiences that put high-end creative output within reach of agents who are not designers or producers.
- Improve ID Lab and Studios production workflows end to end — intake, briefs, asset management, review cycles, and delivery — to reduce turnaround time and manual effort.
- Define where self-serve agent output ends and full-service ID Lab and Studios engagements begin, and keep the two reinforcing rather than competing.
- Identify bottlenecks in creative production and collaborate with teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Monitor feature adoption, asset usage, and creative throughput to inform future product improvements.
- Use product analytics, experimentation, and user insights to inform prioritization and product decisions.
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks that measure feature effectiveness, adoption, and impact on listing and brand performance.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure proper event tracking, analytics instrumentation, and reporting visibility.
- Conduct analysis on user behavior, content performance, and creative workflow trends to guide ongoing product strategy.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of product management experience in technology, SaaS, or creative and marketing technology environments.
- Proven experience owning products from concept through launch and iteration.
- Hands-on familiarity with generative AI for content creation, including large language models and image, video, or audio generation, alongside an informed view of their current limits.
- Demonstrated experience working alongside creative teams such as designers, producers, and editors, and translating craft-driven work into repeatable product.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and cross-functional delivery processes.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical product implementation.
- Experience with product analytics and reporting tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Metabase, or similar platforms.
- Strong prioritization and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving business priorities.
- Experience in real estate, luxury brands, media, or agency environments is a plus.
Skills
- Creative judgment: Ability to evaluate creative output on quality and brand fit, not delivery metrics alone.
- User empathy: Ability to translate quantitative data into qualitative user insights.
