About the Role
This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care and advocacy, proactive clinical observation, precise healthcare documentation, and ensuring environmental excellence and equipment readiness within an acute care setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate clinical and non-clinical support, assisting patients with daily living activities (ADLs) and safe mobility.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions, promptly communicating critical updates to the nursing staff.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring complete data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards.
- Oversee care environment optimization by maintaining clean, organized patient rooms and ensuring medical equipment is sanitized, functional, and ready for clinical use.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
