About the Role

The Inside Sales Practice Development Manager (IPDM) is responsible for customer relationship management, product and program education, and implementing strategies for account growth through business development activities. This role focuses on achieving territory sales and utilization quotas, providing technical product and procedure training, business analysis, and marketing assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Make 20 calls daily and respond to emails daily.
  • Achieve sales and utilization quota results in the assigned territory.
  • Educate and support approximately 100 emerging Body Contouring accounts not supported by the field salesforce.
  • Perform effective territory penetration, coverage, and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base for Company consumables.
  • Provide training, presentations, and demonstrations to customers on product application and use.
  • Educate customers on product indications, contraindications, and safety.
  • Support customers with marketing strategies, including website and microsite development, internal office branding, patient segmentation, and external marketing.
  • Facilitate the execution of regional training workshops and tradeshows.
  • Pre-plan sales calls and manage time efficiently for maximum customer contact and service.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date territory account files, business plans, expense reports, and customer databases.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
  • Develop and maintain supportive, productive, and effective relationships at all levels within the organization.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines.
  • Communicate consistently with Inside Sales Manager, Regional Practice Manager, and Area Sales Manager on territory and region matters, including accurate forecasting.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
  • Manage day-to-day sales administration activities, including Salesforce.com updates and data entry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience required.
  • Business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) sales experience preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge of general marketing principles and concepts within the healthcare environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of the inner workings of a physician’s practice.
  • Ability to develop relationships remotely via telephone interaction.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Proficiency with sales force automation.
  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
