About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Casual Commis Waiter or Waitress to join the Rotunda team. This role supports the service team in delivering a warm, polished, and professional guest experience by assisting with preparation, serving food and beverages, and maintaining service areas.
Responsibilities
- Support the service team in delivering attentive and personalised food and beverage service
- Prepare tables and service stations before, during, and after service
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the outlet
- Assist with afternoon tea, restaurant, and lounge service as required
- Respond to guest requests with professionalism and care
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service
Requirements
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service is preferred
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Strong communication skills and a good command of spoken English
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- A positive attitude and team focused approach
- Right to Work in the UK
