About the Role

Responsibilities
- Receive and schedule customer calls for service.
- Manage the schedule of assigned technicians and mechanics.
- Ensure schedules allow for timely preventative maintenance and meet forecasting goals.
- Debrief assigned technicians/mechanics daily, coordinating to resolve concerns.
- Assess job completion and collaborate with billing and support coordinators.
- Communicate action plans and services to customers.
- Ensure work meets customer expectations and perform follow-up.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues.
- Provide technicians with daily schedules and maintain consistent communication.
- Follow up on activities to ensure timely completion.
- Keep customer account information up to date in NxGen.
- Support parts ordering and PO creation.
- Provide start-up support.
- Confirm customer POs.
- Manage Work in Progress (WIP).
- Generate Auto SR quotes.
- Reconcile exceptions (SIR and AP).
- Attend weekly planning/scheduling meetings.
- Assist with monitoring time and expense reporting submission.
- Review and correct unassociated time for technician timesheets.
- Perform other assigned duties and administrative activities.
Requirements
- Onsite role located in New York, NY.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two to five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
- Demonstrated ability to perform work independently.
- Solid organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external clients.
- Ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks, and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence.
- Ability to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals.
- Ability to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks/goals.
- Prior Dispatch experience.
