About the Role
R+L Carriers has an immediate need for an Outbound Dispatch Clerk at our Maybrook, NY Service Center office. This role is crucial for managing inbound calls, processing essential paperwork, and supporting dispatch operations.
Responsibilities
- Answering calls on a multi-line system
- Redirecting calls to appropriate contacts
- Data entry
- Processing driver paperwork
- Assisting dispatchers
- Performing other duties as requested by management
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
- Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
