About the Role

As a financial analyst on the Manufacturing Finance team, you will be the primary point of contact for manufacturing sites, providing financial analysis, business support, and cost account oversight. This highly visible position involves partnering with key stakeholders across finance, accounting, supply chain, and operations, offering deep exposure to manufacturing cost structures and inventory analysis while driving financial insights that impact decision-making.

Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis, including variance, risk, and profit/loss analysis, evaluating historical results and providing projections.
Perform financial analysis to support ongoing production management, inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance activities.
Analyze inventory obsolescence, cost drivers, and at-risk inventory to forecast financial impacts.
Prepare and present internal financial reports, including site dashboards, business metrics, cost trends, and budget forecasts.
Prepare executive-level presentations translating financial and operational data into clear insights.
Identify and implement improvements to recurring reporting, reconciliations, and financial-analysis processes.
Develop and refine financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with government and customer requirements.
Manage month-end close activities, including analysis and reconciliation of financial and manufacturing system transactions, review of product shipments, preparation of journal entries, and research of issues.
Exercise sound judgment, communicate difficult findings constructively, and hold stakeholders accountable.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities, systems, processes, and business needs.
Perform periodic travel within the U.S. to CACI locations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant finance, accounting, or manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
