About the Role
WTW is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Indemnities Project Support professional to support the delivery of legal indemnity insurance projects. This role involves coordinating activities across internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely project delivery. There is potential for the role to expand into broking responsibilities and offer a future career path in legal indemnity broking.
Responsibilities
- Support projects by handling key process requirements in a compliant manner, including client onboarding, creating key documentation, invoicing, and policy follow-up.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Support the preparation, review, and management of client and project documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and reporting to ensure project milestones are met.
- Liaise with brokers, insurers, legal professionals, and internal teams to facilitate efficient project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and escalate issues.
- Support data gathering, analysis, and reporting requirements.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client service.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with internal policies, compliance requirements, and service standards.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients.
- Ability to analyse data and situations and provide recommendations to identify improvements or solutions.
- Mastery of standard IT systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
