About the Role
As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations for our members in the United States. This full-time remote role requires fluency in both Spanish and English and involves working on a weekend day.
Responsibilities
- Manage various tasks related to the program's success, including member/grocery operations, support, and reporting.
- Answer members' questions.
- Help members onboard and offboard.
- Handle grocery operations.
- Assist with reporting.
Requirements
- Two years of healthcare customer experience via phone and SMS.
- Previous experience handling member support via phone.
- Success working within a small team, having ownership of many areas.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- A results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Previous US healthcare experience is a plus.
- Interest in food-as-medicine, startups, and community health.
