About the Role
Figma is seeking a strategic Recruiting Manager to lead, mentor, and grow a team of recruiting professionals supporting multiple business functions. This role is crucial for scaling the company and executing best-in-class recruiting practices to foster belonging and a winning culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, grow, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers
- Act as a trusted partner to Business Leaders to understand needs and align recruiting resources
- Partner with recruiting leaders to develop a long-term recruiting strategy
- Build a team structure that optimizes for efficiency and scale
- Assess and improve upon recruiting best practices across all Corporate Functions teams
- Take ownership for complex change initiatives to achieve business results
- Champion our values-led culture
Requirements
- 10+ years of recruiting experience in a similar competitive environment
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives to create and drive recruiting strategies
- Managed hiring across multiple business units and levels up to Senior Director
- Experience and understanding of how to build a recruiting function to scale with hyper-growth
- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution, bias disruption, organizational design relative to team, engagement/retention strategy and strong performance management
- A deep passion for and understanding of diversity, belonging, and inclusion
- Experience leading recruiting for functions like Finance, Legal, People, Talent and Marketing (added plus)
- Must keep cameras on during video interviews
- Required to attend in-person onboarding if hired
