About the Role

Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Director, Premium Development to drive high-value, B2B revenue across exclusive premium hospitality assets. This player-coach role focuses on originating and closing minimum six-figure deals and leading a small team of two Premium Development sellers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for luxury hospitality products with annual deal values of $100,000+
  • Proactively source, pitch, negotiate, and close new B2B relationships across Crown Club, Suite Leases, and Suite Level Clubs
  • Engage in consistent out-of-office meetings with prospective and current clients to drive revenue
  • Build customized proposals aligned to client business objectives
  • Consistently close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles
  • Identify and target senior decision-makers (C-suite, founders, presidents, senior VPs)
  • Develop a robust outbound strategy leveraging referrals, networking, industry events, and strategic outreach
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to high-value clients throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with Premium Service, Marketing, and Hospitality teams to deliver seamless onboarding and elite client experiences
  • Cultivate long-term relationships and utilize existing relationships that drive renewals, expansions, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage and coach a team of two Premium Development sellers focused exclusively on originating and closing the largest, most complex deals
  • Review and coach team pipeline and deal strategy, including proposal development, negotiation approach, and multi-stakeholder navigation on min. six-figure opportunities
  • Set individual and team goals, and own hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the Premium Development team
  • Model hunter behavior and consultative selling standards for the team while carrying an individual deal-closing expectation
  • Partner closely with the Director of Premium Sales and other senior sales leadership to align strategy, pricing, and inventory
  • Share best practices and insights to elevate overall luxury sales performance
  • Represent Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment with professionalism, credibility, and executive presence

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of closing six- and seven-figure deals
  • Demonstrated success selling high-end, relationship-based products or services
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to navigate complex decision-making structures
  • Experience engaging senior-level executives and business owners
  • Prior experience leading, coaching, or mentoring other sales professionals
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Self-starter mindset with strong time management and accountability
  • Experience selling premium sports, entertainment, or hospitality products (Preferred)
  • Background in enterprise sales, sponsorships, or high-value leases/memberships (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Existing book of business or strong NYC corporate network (Preferred)

  • $140,000 - $160,000 + commission & bonus eligibility
