About the Role
Zynga seeks exceptional new graduates to become world-class product managers responsible for creating the games of tomorrow. This 12-month rotational program immerses participants in game development, working alongside top talent to solve challenging business problems.
Responsibilities
- Craft and test new merchandising strategies or sales in live products.
- Design onboarding flows for new features.
- Operate and design live in-game events to delight players.
- Work seamlessly with developers, artists, designers, testers, and other product managers.
- Write feature specs, run data analyses and investigations, and write readouts.
- Design and release experiments on new or existing features.
- Coordinate collaboration and alignment across subject areas.
- Be paired with senior product mentors for perspective and support.
- Learn about similarities and differences between game genres.
- Understand how different teams work together and develop communication skills.
- Access training and workshops run by the product community.
Requirements
- A deep enthusiasm for gaming and a drive to develop successful/enduring products.
- Data-driven critical/analytical thinking and natural curiosity.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong communications skills.
- Completed undergraduate or master's degree between December 2026 - June 2027.
