About the Role
We are seeking motivated interns for Technical Sales & Business Development to bridge technical expertise with strong communication skills and learn how to successfully position MedTech products in the market. There is an optional opportunity to write a Bachelor's or Master's thesis on a sales, market, or product-related topic.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in B2B sales, clearly explaining complex MedTech solutions to customers.
- Identify and approach potential business partners, such as clinics, practices, and medical supply stores.
- Assist in business development by analyzing market potential, use cases, and customer segments.
- Act as a liaison between technology and the market, collaborating closely with product development and the software team.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses for strategic positioning of our solutions.
- Create presentations, quotes, and sales documents with technical depth.
- Build and maintain customer relationships (CRM) and analyze feedback for product development.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in fields such as Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
- Mandatory internship as part of your studies.
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
- Interest in technology, MedTech products, and market dynamics.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in explaining technical content.
- Structured, independent work style and team spirit.
- No prior sales experience required; technical understanding, curiosity, and willingness to take responsibility are key.
