About the Role
The Operations Coordinator (OC) contributes to AHF by managing daily office operations and administrative functions for the Public Health Division (PHD). The OC safeguards assets by managing inventory and supporting logistics, distribution, and warehousing, including national distribution of condoms and test kits. The role also involves quality assurance, monitoring regulatory compliance, and maintaining professional relationships with various departments and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Undertake PHD's daily office operations and administrative functions.
- Manage essential inventory.
- Support operational logistics, distribution, and warehousing.
- Contribute to quality assurance activities and monitoring.
- Ensure PHD meets governmental regulatory requirements.
- Maintain productive and collaborative professional relationships with PHD Departments, AHF Departments, partner organizations, and vendors.
